To maximise the flavour and texture of the abalone, and to minimise meat shrinkage, please use the guide below when steaming your abalone.

COOKING GUIDE:
Whole Abalone: 4-6 minutes at 100 Degrees Celsius
1/4 Abalone: 3-4 minutes at 100 Degrees Celsius
Sliced Abalone: 2 minutes at 100 Degrees Celsius (5mm thick slices)
